Rio has everything that most young people can expect from a city, heat, sun, nature, beach, sex, fun, a sense of a permanent party that only Rio city can guarantee. Knowing this, how you could not to try to get lost in the rhythm of this wonderful city. In Rio there are a plenty of accommodation for young people such as the Brothers Hostel, that is located in Botafogo, in a strategic area of the city since you can get many restaurants with good prices for the area. The traditional per kilo buffet, are ideal if you want to save some money. Another option to sleep in this gritty city is the hostel Cidade Maravilhosa. Located in Gloria zone, that is ideally situated for night clubs, even you can walk without relying on public transport.

A good option to stay if you are young but you're going with your partner, are the guest houses. One of the most beautiful at Rio de Janeiro, due its location, is the house called Villa Leonor, although the street is not well known and some taxi drivers take the opportunity to ride around a bit, the place is worth. Located on Calle Costa Bastos 681 in Santa Teresa neighborhood, is an old house, surrounded by many trees and on a cobbled street, which gives it a unique bohemian atmosphere. As it is placed in a hill, you will have a great view of Rio de Janeiro. The terrace where delicious breakfast is served with meats and fruits, usually open in the afternoons and evenings as a meeting place for artists, so do not miss is to invite you to sit to take a cold beer while a group of musicians improvise a round of classic themes of Brazilian popular music. This neighborhood Santa Teresa is the art district of Rio and is characterized by its bars and pubs, where you can start the evening drinking beer with a pie (puff pastry filled with cheese and fried), sitting in a bar, to see people passing by on the cobblestones of this quaint neighborhood. Most prominent bars of the area are the Bar Do Gomes or traditional Bar do Mineiro.

Excursions for young people, are mainly related to extreme sports such as gliding. The geography of Rio de Janeiro is ideal for this discipline since nothing better than having the experience of flying over the sea. The chosen site is Praia do Pepino, where you can practice gliding, if you're not experienced. You can check on Estrada Das Canoas 1476 of Sao Cristovao, where works SuperFly , or at Ipanema in Ipanema Hostel, if you choose this carioca beach to fly.You may also experience surfing in beaches.Surf schools are in abundance in Rio, but you can start with the one found on beaches of Ipanema, escolinha de Surf Paulo Dolabella. Another thing that young people love to do is go dancing and music, and If anything distinguishes Rio from other other cities is rhythm. Therefore, there are options for all tastes. If you want something more laid back, a good idea is to go to hear live music in a classic place, as the "Temple of the Bossa Nova", the Vinicius Piano Bar, an icon of Ipanema from the 80's, where musicians often play Brazilian rhythms, as well as jazz. Another good option for listening music "ao vivo", but in Lapa, is Circo Voador that is known for having been the scene of great artists, is now an open place for those who want to present themes of the most popular rhythms in today's music.

One of the areas that never disappoints is Carioca da Gema. Located in the heart of Lapa, which deserves a separate paragraph, was among the first to bring the samba movement to Lapa. It has good pizzas to offer as well as the best caipirinha. It is one of the few places that remain open throughout the week. If you want to go, so you just reach Avenida Men de Sá number 79. A classic of Rio.

As I said before, Lapa deserved a separate paragraph. Intense as Rio de Janeiro, but in a few blocks, Lapa has everything you need in a place to have a good time. For some time ago, Lapa has become the place to go out on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and even Sundays. Here there is no social difference, or race or gender. It's just out to have fun, the previous starts in the streets where the bars have their tables outside to start with a drink and then go to the place that you like. All the special rithm that you can only hear in these streets until you decide to go to a rave party, a bar of funk, samba or whatever you like.

Greetings and see you in Rio.
